Our Free Case Evaluation is offered by phone or via email to people interested in identifying their immigration options or who wish to retain the services of our firm. This is not only an opportunity to contact an immigration attorney completely free of charge, but also a chance to determine whether legal services will be of any use in your particular matter.
To increase the effectiveness and objectivity of our Free Case Evaluation, we suggest you provide as much background information as possible. Unless this is a pressing matter, we advise that you send an e-mail detailing your desired goals, the relevant facts of your case, and any other immigration issues that you think may affect your case.

Our Free Case Evaluation includes:
 An objective, preliminary assessment of the likelihood of success of your case
An explanation of your immigration options within the legal framework, including the relative advantages/disadvantages and potential risks of each proposed option, and how long each option will take.
An estimation of costs associated with legal representation, including attorney’s fee and filling fees.
Consultations
Please note that the depth and scope of our Free Case Evaluation is limited. Complex legal issues that require significant research or case-specific legal opinions are outside the scope of our Free Case Evaluation and will required a paid Consultation.
Our consultation fee is $100. If you choose to retain the services of our firm the consultation fee will be credited to your fee.
