Retainer Agreement and Attorney-Client Relationship
If you wish to retain the services of our firm, we will draft and send you a “Retainer Agreement” to review and sign. In most cases we require a retainer (deposit) to be paid before we start working on your case.
An attorney-client relationship will only exist upon receipt and acceptance of the executed Retainer Agreement and deposit. Thus until we accept your signed Retainer Agreement and required deposit, no attorney-client relationship will be established, and we are not your lawyers.
Attorney Fees
We typically charge a flat fee for most cases, particularly when we can determine the amount of work necessary for each representation. If the amount of work is difficult to determine then we will assist you at an hourly rate.
